Cbz40 Game Day Thread | 2nd Half | Dallas Cowboys 24 New York Giants 31 FINAL

The fumble and now the penalty have lit a fire under the Giants.

I'd be shocked if Dallas pulls this one out. The Giants are playing with more passion and now they want the game more than Dallas does.

Stupid penalties, stupid mistakes.

Jones was being bottled up, Choice almost fumbled and looked absolutely shaken by it on the sideline.

None of the backs are playing well.

Felix had 2 carries. Kind of a small sample size. The guy needs way more opportunities. Let Barber ride the bench a while.

Good for Flo. Tuck and Jacobs have been talking trash all season. About time someone shut those 2 punks up.

It is halftime and people are conceding the loss. Really? We dominated them in the first half, they got some lucky breaks. Expect Dallas to come out pissed. This isn't the same team as last year. I would like to see a little more Choice in the game. I think that he could have some nice runs against this defense.

Folk had hit some from 56 in warmups. He's the FG kicker. Buehler is NOT a FG kicker.

17-of-20 field goals, including 4-of-6 of 40 yards or longer, in his career, as well as 52-of-54 PATs.

I'm learning quick by your posts today that your a prime candidate to be the first poster on ignore and we have had some idiots.

As opposed to the yards Barber has been wracking up?

Choice almost fumbled and looked absolutely shaken by it on the sideline.
.

If an inferior back is left out there struggling because someone looks "shaken up" after a NON fumble then this coaching staff deserves the firing its got coming to them.

Well, If we can keep from turning it over we will win. That simple. We are the better team.

Why not let Beuhler attempt that long FG? at least he has the leg to not give up a return if he misses

Because the entire organization is run by idiots. Idiot coaches, idiot players, idiot fans.......

so on the penalty does the ball move back 15 before the kick or is it tacked on after the run back?

Well the second half will be interesting, either they will man up or mail it in.

Team appears to be totally falling apart. Looks like we'll be kicking off from our 20 now.

Defense is proving they were vastly overrated. We're getting whipped up front on both sides of the ball. No run blocking, pass protection is mediocre and our pass rush doesn't exist. The tackling was also atrocious those last two drives.

Looks like they learned nothing from the film of the Denver-NYG game.

Own 15.

Once Barber signed the contract.....he turned into a different player...

He nows gets excited after a 2 yard gain....which is pathetic....and he has had fumble problems for 2 yrs now.

Let alone....he has no speed or moves.....but he cant help himself to think he does.

Players that havent lived up to their contracts..

Roy Williams
Ken Hamlin
Barber
Our whole OL :)

Been here long? Grant them however that this is not an encouraging turn of events.

Romo is playing as well as we can possibly expect yet the Cowboys still found a way to squander a two score lead in less than two minutes. I wonder if certain posters will ever be capable of admitting -- at least to themselves -- the identity of true culprit behind this team's December swoons and playoff incompetence.

None of this has anything to do with Romo. He's not fumbling, he's not waffling in coverage to a team that hadn't scored in 89 offensive plays.

Sit Barber for a little while and let him just go in for short yardage plays.

Good Flo, at least you showed some pride. At least something possitive in the last 3 minutes of the half.

I'm not so sure. It depends on if the defense decides to show back up.

You're extraordinarily ignorant, and I mean EXTRAORDINARILY ignorant if you think Bruce Read and Jason Garrett are counterparts.

You also conveniently gloss over the heavy personnel changes on special teams.

How many times are people gonna blame execution?

And the Giants secondary is impressive to not attack? Oh let me guess, cover-2...
