If the game is iced you rest your vets so they are fresher against the Eagles. Any less pounding you can go through makes a difference at this stage of the yer.

I would be quick to rest Austin (hammy), Romo (injury risk), Felix (our last RB), Witten (vet), Jenkins (recover from injury) and Ware (recover from injury) if the game allows for it.

I'd be more in favor of pulling offensive players. Not sure we want to pull Ware quite yet although it is tempting to give him some extra rest and healing opportunity

It seems like we've recently had really good games against the Bucs. I remember the thanksgiving game where Romo had 5 TD passes, then I remember in 09 we had a good game in the opener against them

We looked even better against Buffalo. Our run game was more consistent that day than it has been this half. However, Felix got our average up by busting that 40 yarder.

Better defensively IMO, although Buffalo has superior offensive personnel than Tampa.

is it too much to ask for the Commanders that played the patriots well show up next week and beat the giants? I hope the giants play crappy. I think tuck and osi might be out. We know the skins love to run and helu has been impressive as a rookie. Big back with speed, power and can move laterally.

I think Romo threw for 400+ yards in that 2009 opener.

Why can't we play these guys every week? Or at least get them moved to the NFC East.
