If the game is iced you rest your vets so they are fresher against the Eagles. Any less pounding you can go through makes a difference at this stage of the yer.
I would be quick to rest Austin (hammy), Romo (injury risk), Felix (our last RB), Witten (vet), Jenkins (recover from injury) and Ware (recover from injury) if the game allows for it.
