That penalty doesn't make up for the cheap shot on Romo...if that's what the refs were thinking.

That's still a concern. We've moved the ball at will throughout the season, often it doesnt translate on the scoreboard.
 
We basically toyed with them.

The Eagles would have had a psychological edge if they had knocked Romo out of the game.

He could go, so he did.

With that said, if they get the ball back there's no reason to leave him in.
