He got all charges dropped and there is quite a bit of talk of police misconduct with relation to the arrest.

I would say it is more like 90% and that is only because he had to play alongside Rex Grossman at QB.

I would not worry about Perry or Benson penchant for fumbling.

All the Bengals have to do is let Perry and Benson throw the ball against Dallas instead of running it. You know good and well Dallas will not pick one off.

It is called desperation. They only have one healthy back right now and that is Chris Perry who is not that good. Perry came into the league in 2004 and has 545 career rushing yards and 2 rushing TDs. As was said earlier Benson's legal troubles have been dealt with in his favor.
