Cedrick Wilson anybody

I'm excited to see what cedrick Wilson can do this upcoming season. I'm unsure as to what a redshirt player is privy to and what he is not but I would think he would have a leg up on this year's rookie class, he should at least be stronger and familiar with the playbook. I'm hoping he hits the ground running...and catching;)

Loved him at Boise State. Has the ability to make a big play and was great at contesting some tough catches with his good size. He didn't come across to me as a super flashy player but was very dependable. I'm excited to see what he can bring to the table and hoping he can translate to the NFL.

I know. So many doubters in this forum. Don't forget how Terrance has played well under both Romo and Dak. He simply had a horrible year this year all because of his own doing (suspension and injury), but he still has good history and can still play well.

I wouldn't get rid of T-Will. Other than Amari Cooper and Michael Gallup, which other receiver is better than T-Will? None.

I would keep Terrance. My only concern is his contract. If he accepts a new lesser paid contract, Cowboys should keep him.

Combine eval.

Lack of speed makes the deep threat seem iffy, particularly with Dak's lack of touch and accuracy on deep balls.

Supposed to be a good route runner. Hard worker. Former highschool QB. Needs weight. Only 9 bench reps at combine.

Very complimentary review at BTB. College highlite reel at the end. Some nice catches, and in traffic.

Lacking speed, I'd like to see alot more weight on him to add more as a blocker to the run game. Had a number of passes in his highlite reel. He should keep it up. Could be fun.

Terrance's contract isn't that bad. 3.5mil. But they likely could squeeze it lower, particularly if they wait close to the season. He's 29. Missed a season for injury and off the field issues. He's not worth much on the open market.

The real question, if you playing regular season today, who would rather on the field as your 3rd receiver, Wilson or TWill? (don't change the question to say neither one lol)

Red Zone dominance or top end speed...here, I would pass.

He's a very good route runner, and depending on if he can learn how to win matchups in the NFL, he was actually a great deep ball player. He had something like 20 yards a catch, and some ridiculous QB rating when targeted deep. He's solid at catching balls in tight windows.

He has a lot of good attributes, I know there was small chatter on him here predraft, he had a nice showing Senior Bowl week, etc. Postdraft, I thought he was a steal in the 6th, he's a pretty good player. He's a lot better than the Devin Streets of the world.

I wouldn't be too surprised if we hear about him quite a bit in camp. His qualities carry over to the pro game pretty nicely.

That's his base salary. His cap hit is 4.75 this year and 5.25 next year. We'd save 2.5 if we cut him this year and 4 if we cut him next year.

I agree his contract isn't that bad. But his off field combined with injuries makes him unreliable. Id take him to camp with an open competition.

He could be useful as a back up option if bease wants too much and hurns isn't ready. If he's close to hurns in camp, we save more money cutting hurns.

Since you're talking about "regular season today", it's not a "real question".

I'm curious to see if they can get anything out of reclamation project Devin Smith as well. It's plain to see that the wide receiver corps is being completely remade in under two years time. Out with the old, in with the new.

The 5 seasons he's been healthy he's averaged less than 50 catches, less than 700 yards, and 4 TDs.

that's true. but he was always the 3rd option on a run first team so i don't really expect huge numbers from him. he was serviceable imo.

he showed that he definitely couldn't handle the load when dez was hurt. i'd bring him to camp if he cleans up his act and will take a bit of a pay cut.

I still believe they should keep Terrance as a veteran presence and because he would make a decent backup.

Twill sucks and isnt any kind of positive veteran motivator for the young guys. The idiot got drunk and flipped over a scooter.

Time to let that loser go. Cooper is more than enough veteran for the team.
