Yup, iirc Moose played on special teams - and he was a BIG piece of the running attack.
Because of what we have at 3rd receiver behind Lamb.
Should have kept Switzer
Personally, I loathe the idea of risking injury returning punts for our first rounder, Lamb. Rather see Wilson or Lewis.https://www.dallascowboys.com/news/st-position-breakdown-2020
This article is about Lamb possibly being our PR to contribute in other ways.
I am all for it.

The risk to injury is more probable to the the guys not returning the kicks - that why you saw some rule changes to the blocking schemes. He wasn't returning kicks though. Brock Marion did. Dez returned punts , then broke his ankle/leg.
In no way do I put Lamb back there. Wilson or someone else, fine. It's a passing league now. Coop, Gallup and Lamb. Yeah, I am liking that and not risking losing Lamb on a 10 yard gain PR. Or KR.
He is not a star yet.
I know what you mean, but many star players have been returners.
Maybe he does not need to be the PR 100% but in key situations, he can be a threat.
CeeDee can learn to do both KR and PR. Pollard needs to focus on his expanded offensive role (I hope he gets).
I wish there was a better alternative, but Im not opposed to it. Averaged 12.8 in 2018. 7.5 in 2019 which is interestinghttps://www.dallascowboys.com/news/st-position-breakdown-2020

Just give me a guy who won't fumble. Sometimes a fair catch will suffice.
Should have kept Switzer
Dez was when he started, so why not?
