The player wants.....

For the millions they are getting paid, would it be out of line for the team or the fans to actually want something?

If there isn't a #88 out there on the field then the Cowboys are rebuilding.

Forget the numbers......just put their names in big letters across the front &back.

He's too skinny for 88.

But I don't like these single-digit numbers, even though he wore 2 at OU. Now Jaylon wants 9.

Then again, the NFL looks more and more like college level play, so might as well. "Pro" football is mostly dead anyway.
True, CeeDee is skinny. When he drinks tomato juice, he looks like a thermometer. If you lose your car keys he can fill in as a Slim Jim.

CD can have any number he likes. He's gonna earn it.

Seems unlikely to me that changing his number might affect his career!

#9 kinda seems like it might be significantly more suitable to a FG kicker.

Jerry's friend, who owned #88, is probably pushing up daisies at this juncture.

I guess I don't care what numbers players wear.

Night train lane was #81 and was a DB
Iconic NFL Legend.. Still has the single-season interception record...set almost 7 decades \ 70 seasons ago - - - 1952. 14 interceptions..in 12 games.

I know, right. You should boycott the Cowboys and boycott commenting on any Cowboys forum as a sign of protest. I mean, we know the Cowboys will never win anything ever again until Jerry the owner fires Jerry the GM and *insert other angry old man anecdote here.*
I see. So having some opinion you find offensive means cancelled. I mean...because you control the narrative and stuff.
