It really doesn't get old....I see a CeeDee article, chance's are, I'm gonna lap it up like mothers milk....
He was 61st in Yards Per Catch. We saw this the other day and someone mentioned that he's actually like 61st or something like that. Anyone have the complete list that was referenced? If we were to talk yards, our Terrence Williams had more yards in a single season than Randy Moss ever did in college, so ....
College production doesn't guarantee NFL production.
But I'm a big CeeDee fan and I think he will be great in the NFL.
So is that the list of top YPR guys in college or a list of Top NFL Wr's YPR in college?

Edit: Found it. Hope it gels well. Don't see Randy Moss. Hmmm. Maybe this is Division 1 only? Asterisks mean Bowl games are included.

Yeah, that whole article thing is a huge misleading use of stats! Who does this kind of thing and thinks it is relevant!
maybe 6 of those top 60 could be considered stars in the league. What a useless pile of garbage!
You're totally missing the point.Yeah, that whole article thing is a huge misleading use of stats! Who does this kind of thing and thinks it is relevant!

It's the context of where he ranks compared to elite NFL receivers. It doesn't make any claim to have NFL relevance.
By listing only great NFL receivers, it sure appears to be trying to highlight NFL potential. You're totally missing the point.

All I know is #12 on the list Kirk Gibson was a hell of a 2-sport player, lol.
Just further proof of why stats are so selective, and actually are misleading if used to drive a narrative.Yeah, that whole article thing is a huge misleading use of stats! Who does this kind of thing and thinks it is relevant!

You are way too hung up on the headline.Yeah I missed the point totally because you could have done that with 54 receivers in the top 60 all time at the time they were drafted and it would mean nothing - just like this does.
It says one of the greatest of all time and list him 2nd -when he is truly 61st - that is disingenuous.
