I don’t interject that at all. you must have me confused with someone else.
And correct Romo is not here anymore, as some feel they need to bring him up to justify their agenda. For good and bad agendas.

Just like now…why are you bringing this up. It has nothing to do with this thread.
only because you admonished a fellow forum member for bring up Rayne Dakota.

If you had merely let him express his opinion without questioning it, I wouldn’t be questioning you if you do the same when the Romos name is brought up that derails other threads

It’s really just a yes or no question.……again to be clear not an assertion or allegation. Just a question which I’m pretty sure is in line with forum etiquette

The Cowboys had more yards than the Eagles lol. Hurts only threw for 121 yards and was, realistically, pretty terrible.

Philly's points in that game were just a reflection of the fact that SF didn't have a quarterback, not that the Eagles offense was prolific.

And the next game Hurts goes for 370 yards and 4 touchdowns and 35 points against the SB Champs

maybe if the Chiefs didn’t have their quarterback Hurts may have put up 50 points

Hurts is on the rise and our guy is sitting with a 2-4 playoff record only because he was able to beat the 8-9 Bucs that had no business in the playoffs.

Ok but we're not talking about the KC game...

But, if you're going to take about KC, maybe just talk about Hurts' fumble that, effectively, costed them the Super Bowl anyway, seeing as how it's all you'd talk about if it was Dak. Imagine if Dak was untouched, fumbled, and it was returned for a TD? There was a thread about an incomplete pass against the blitz vs. San Francisco LAST WEEK lmao

I have enough of a clue to know that the Eagles offense hung 31 on that defense the very next week and Hurt‘s offense scored 4 TDs……..

Mahomes would have hung just as many on them because we know what an elite quarterback brings to the table……except some here.

sorry about not using emojis…..I’m over 12 years old
Hurts did NOTHING in that game, and their success was a direct result of the 49ers having no QB.

That's your example of a QB having success against the 49ers defense?!?!?

You're a know-nothing joke.

And yet the Cowboys drafted his replacement in the 2nd round…..care to rethink this?
LOLLLLL

OOOOH, not a 2nd-round pick!!!!

Something like 10% of those guys end up being legit NFL stars!!!

You're trying to introduce reason and common sense to a football dunce.

The Bucs were 8th in the NFL in defensive efficiency, and Dak smoked them.

Keep humiliating yourself.

Addition of Cooks and subtraction of Schultz leaves some questions about the passing game, but until I see PROVEN depth at the RB position, I’ll wait to see the results.

especially come playoff time
RBs don't matter.

Also Cooks is an obviously more talented pass catcher than Schultz. Your default should be the offense is more talented talented than it was last year.

Better? One would hope so but remains to be seen.

The Cowboys thought they might miss him……ergo franchising him one year and drafting his replacement with the 2nd round pick……….the FO disagrees with you, lol
They let him walk on a 1 year deal for modest money.

They were not dying to bring him back.

I would certainly qualify the Niners Defense as being among the best. The offense scored 1 TD and 12 whole points against them. I acknowledge that Pollard went down but that’s where the rest of the offense has to overcome.

The Eagles offense hung 31 on the Niners the next week with no points coming from their defense.

Talk is cheap and we’ve heard a lot of talk here for over 2 decades now
Yep and who has the best Oline in the NFL? Eagles

Hurts threw for 100 yards and the team ran it down SF throat.

Passing was an afterthought.

Interceptions and our inability to score against defenses like the Niners were our biggest weakness
Bad Oline play is what causes the inability. If the QB has time to throw and the backs have room to run it makes it all come together.

The game was tied 9-9 entering the 4th quarter. This game came down to the 4th quarter.

Just playing devils advocate but, have you interjected this same sentiment when Romos name is brought up in many of our threads? I mean, the same people bring him up and the Dude isnt even relevant anymore.

Just a question……not an allegation
smh, yep good eye.
