the front office has repeatedly made it clear there have been no talks whatsoever — at any level — about the possibility of trading Parsons.

he'll actually add to it, uhhh we have had no thoughts about trading Micah, then Stephen comes along and will say "you have to have these discussions all the time!" lol

Lamb is right, the talk about trading Parsons was pure speculation in order to bring the Cowboys into a pre-Super Bowl discussion somehow.

If the responsible media listened to everything Parsons, Jerry, and Stephen have ACTUALLY said over the past several weeks all signs point to an extension getting done. We know it probably won't happen until three hours before kickoff in week one next September, of course, but it's getting done.

Unfounded or not if the FO isnt looking into every avenue to improve the roster (they arent) that is something to actually be upset about, because they arent doing their job.

The longer GM Jethro takes to extend Micah the more this will become an issue.

Ol Jerry had been acting as a GM should ,although I was not initially excited about Brian Shottenheimer being named head coach .The staff that Ol Jerry was letting Shottenheimer pick his self had me thinking that Ol Jerry was changing .Becoming a better GM,but now Ol Jerry has to start talking about trading Parsons so he can get some headlines in during the super bowl time frame.Now the players are starting to get fed up ,just like the fans at Ol Jerry ,can we just win football games I agree with Cee Dee .The circus continues.

How soon before 88 is traded or the lead story?

Only reason he's getting away with this now is....we already have history with another 88 with a big mouth...that got away with murder.
