CFL.ca reports former NFL QB Quincy Carter has signed a one-year contract with the Montreal Alouettes of the CFL.

As far as I am concerned good riddance, I have no sympathy for drug users and IF he comes back he would probably be suspended again anyways. While I think people deserve a second chance when it comes to drugs and alcohol QC already used those up.
