Kyle Orton is an average QB by every thing I can think of for a NFLQB, Eli Manning is average aswell he is just more known and has a better team around him + therefor a superbowl ring.

Plus the difference is salary is insane, so yes if Al Davis saw potential in me and made me the GM of the Raiders I would prefer Orton over Eli Manning.
