For the most part I believe in not changing head coaches mid-season. In this case I've changed my mine and I would like to explain why.
Player mentality. When Wade took over, the team was winning. They were winning because they had a physical footballs teams mentality / personality. That was something Parcells instilled in them. Parcells problem was he didn't like change and I think the game passed him by.
Overtime this team has taken on the mentality of Wade and that has been an epic fail and many you including myself was against this from the start.
Now, why change mid-season? Because before this team can start winning again, the mentality of the team has to change. Now, when do you want that change to start happening because it won't happen overnight? Training camp, or right now?
I want the whoever is going to coach this team start changing the mentality of the team today.
