I can see patrick crayton being traded at some point.

And i dont think dallas signs many of its own freeagents other then canty.

As much as I think he shouldn't, Henry will probably be back and he'll probably continue to start. I don't even think he should slide over to play safety - I think his skills have too far diminished even for that.

I have to disagree with you, I think Henry would make the perfect safety and backup CB in case someone gets an injury.

Roy 38 should stay. It should be clear that he's fighting for his job though. He can be a valuable contributor. I doubt he'll ever sniff what we expected of him but that doesn't mean he is not a decent player

Spears is a good contributor, Kosier's absence hurt. They need to stay

and Spears has emerged as a team leader. We need to keep those guys, not toss them aside.

Don't bother. This guy comes up with the dumbest personnel moves every year. I think he just randomly picks people and says they need to be cut.

The key is to not lock them up in long term deal like we have done with everyone else.

A 2 or 3 year deal is plenty to me. Incentive based of course.
If JJ wants a winning formula, look at what the Pats do. Lock up stars, but let others walk when they want too much and replace with the draft.

Please. this is the NFL, guys can get hurt, never play again, and be released from their deals without the team owing them crap. NOBODY signs heavily incentive laden deals. You are never going to get that in a league where contracts are not guaranteed completely so stop proposing it.

He isn't what we wanted him to be but it is hard to find a player of his quality.
