It depends on the size of the potato and how you like the steak. Poke the potato 2 or 3 times with a fork and wrap it in foil. Put you about a 1/3 cup of vinegar in a tall glass
Then put a spoon full of Mustard, Ketchup, couple of dashes of Worcheshire Sauce, season salt, dash of lemon juice and some Jamaican seasoning
Then fill it up to the top with water and mix it up.
While you are cooking your meat, baste this over it every time you flip it. It works with Chicken or Steaks
I make several types of Dirty water. You can put any spices you like in it just remember to put the Vinegar and the water with it.

Did you see my breakfast shake I posted a week or so ago? That sucker will give you energy all day long.
Im still taking the fish oil every day along with Green Tea extract and I feel pretty good and ive lost about 8 pounds since april towards my goal of 20.

Man I love the fish oils. I actually take like 3-4 a day. I am doing this Metabolic advantage program where I take Fish oils, eat lots of Protein, Green supplements and Creatine with a post workout recovery drinks. I feel great and have lost 13 pounds.
I miss the breakfast shake. Please do tell.

I roast the corn right in the husks and usually 8 to 10 minutes with turning it. The flames will cook off the "silk strings" and when the edges of the husks are just a bit charred is usually when to turn them.
