Injuries are part of why he’s on the decline. They wouldn’t be trading him if he was still a force.
Look at it like the Dlaw scenario. Very good player just not living up to their paycheque by not staying on the field. Except when Dlaw is on the field he still doesn’t get sacks, Mack does. That’s why they get a two and we’ll have a release.

That is what is so enraging about this franchise. Other teams are actively making moves to get better while we are losing talent and penny pinching while we're at it.

This is the type of proof you see of how the two Jones clowns are really not committed to going after it. A player of that magnitude is moved for basically a second round pick goes to show you can get impact players that can put you over the top. Adding Mack to this defense would have been huge. There are other moves to make but we wont see these two idiots go out and get it done. Instead it will be players coming off major injuries and cheap fringe signings.

Khalil Mack had one big year in Chicago and fell off. Prior to this past season he started every game the previous two seasons and didn’t have a double digit sack season. He gets paid to get sacks.

He’s on the decline he hasn’t had double digit sacks in four years. He only had 6 this past season.

That's for sure. But being paired up with Bosa might give him new life.

Mack didnt break double digit sack in 2019 or 2020 playing all 16 games in each.

He has 9 more sacks than Lawrence in the last 39 games they played in & makes $3.5 MIL more than Lawrence per year. .

If Mack played for the Cowboys, everyone would be saying the same stuff they say about D Law. Bears fans know he's on the decline and is not worth his current contract. Ring a bell?

Time and time again, people on this site prove that they are not only ignorant regarding the cowboys, but are completely ignorant about the nfl in general.

It’s ok Dlaw makes up for it by being an impeccable run stopper that’s why we’re the worst at stopping the run in the league

Well done chargers

They know the only way they can compete in that division is to get to the QB and they're trying to keep pace. All 4 teams have good QBs. Whoever can have the best pass rush sets themselves up nicely.
