Next man up. It’s not like the team was generating much pressure on the QB anyway.

It might be asking a lot for a rookie with no training camp to come in and contribute but Quinn might be forced to take some chances in this game and blitz more than he usually does.

he was always around the ball in the games i watched.
good run defender also.
wish we coulda seen him in the pre-season.
if he's healthy...i have 0 problem with him getting snaps.

So we have a combination of Golston, Anae, Dorrance, Kamara, and occasionally Parsons replacing DLaw with Gregory back next week.

Defensive tackle will be in much better shape when Gallimore and possibly Hill are back in the rotation I think. Add those guys to Osa, Watkins, Urban and Big Bo and that position group looks much better than a season ago.

Losing Lawrence us a huge blow but the d-line isn't the dumpster fire some are making it out to be.

I think you're right. Situational pass rusher at best for the time being.

Is he on the 53 or the PS. Probably isnt much of a path to get playing time. Most rushing snaps he would get would probably go to Parsons

He made the 53. You could be right but Parsons is also a primary nickel LB. I'm sure he will get some snaps at end but I doubt he abandons his post every pass rushing down, considering the less than stellar coverage skills of the alternatives.

Not hard to upgrade the tragedy of a d-line we saw last year. The rooks and youngsters have to step up but there are some decent players in that group.
