Does this team get anything out of Chaz Green this year? As a UF alum and having watched many UF games, Chaz was always good, but never seemed great.
Have to admit, I really was wanting Jeremy Langford when we selected Chaz Green last year. A bunch of us did. Water under the bridge now. A year later, it's like getting an extra higher draft pick. What a bonus if he ends up a real player.

Yep, we love using these top picks on injured players. Works wonders. Look at all our Super Bowls in the last 20 years.

Yeah I know. Injured players are so good on the field.

Yeah, we shoulda never taken Sean Lee. What a bum.

And Green wasn't injured when he got here, so really, another strike.

Hey I wish they never would take Lee if we could go back. Id rather have Bowman

Articles from Bleacher Report don't count for anything except click fodder.

If I remember correctly the article was linked to a broaddus tweet. I kinda glanced over it because it seemed dumb. I'm at work right now so can't spend 20- 30 minutes looking for it or I would.

Lee is a good example. Great player if he is not injured. That is a big "if".

let me ask you...was Chaz Green playing with likes of Zach Martin next to him in Florida? That makes huge difference along with pro training. From his training picks it looks like he has completely revamped his body. I would be optimistic until proven otherwise.

Lol I don't want to be right. Moving Chaz Green to guard would be idiotic. He has everything needed to play tackle. All he needed was more strength and to stay off PUP/IR.

When he was drafted they claimed he could play all five positions assuming they could teach him to snap. He'll get first crack at RT.

True but after seeing how he looks in a tweet someone posted while back, he trimmed down in the mid section and clearly added strength in the arms and legs. He looks like what u want blocking on the edge.

I'm not sure anyone on a message board is qualified to answer that question. He has transformed his body according to some. He has been with the team for a year now. What we see from him this summer should be a lot different. Almost like getting a new player.

I was the one who posted, he's still a big dude.

Dude looks ripped compared to the couch potato we drafted last year...........really impressed with how he has remolded his body.

He basically was redshirted his his first year, just like we are doing with Jaylon.

Green should remain on a wait and see basis for the time being, pending substantially more revealing information about his performance. The fact that he's managed to transform his body dramatically is extremely encouraging but what he does in training camp and beyond will surely be the test that matters the most. Here's hoping he and his performance stands him in good stead. We sorely need to return all of our troops to health.
