Cherokee-owned agency sues Cowboys' legend Emmitt Smith over Texas solar deal

yup.

Tons of solar scams going on.

He needs to divorce himself from those crooks asap.

Better call Saul.
Emmitt and Mosley have been tight business partners for around a decade, with Mosley running the day-to-day operations as CEO for their joint real estate and energy companies.

Emmitt was actively involved in the pitch and had joint control over the bank accounts where the money was pocketed.

He’s not a victim here, at all.

You don't know anything outside of what you've read. We have a judicial that decides who is the victim. So please stop judging who is and isn't the victim here, at all.

Just curious as to what sort of prison sentence someone running a Ponzi scheme in the US can expect?
We had a spate of them over here in the late 90’s and early 2000’s, and because of that the court sentences became more harsh…. And recently they’ve been popping up again here.
Over here, if you’re convicted for running such scheme, you can expect 8-10 years minimum… I’d be feeling very uncomfortable if I’m Emmitt and if I was guilty of it.

lol. I’ll put my 22 jersey back on now.

Put that on with your Michael Vick, Antonio Brown, OJ and Aaron Hernandez jersey while you're at it since you have him as a criminal.

Controlling the money is a definite sign; but also that might have been all Emmtt was looking at.

Still not real proof that Emmitt is a crook

nope, you’ve convinced me. His jersey now hangs in my closet between Jesus and Mr Rogers.

I’m an Emmitt fan but don’t need to white knight him. Did you go wild about Romo in his thread?

You don't have to white knight but you already have him as guilty too. . Like I said we have a judicial system that will decide his fate.

And lol at comparing this to Romo. Romo already ADMITTED his guilt. Completely different situation. Get outta here. Just continue being the know it all that you are(n't).

If you were born in America then by definition you are a native American.
And if I work on a ranch in a certain part of Texas I guess technically speaking I could refer to myself as a Dallas cowboy… but you can see why using the phrase in that sense would cause unnecessary confusion

I don't think guilt or innocence matters. He's being sued for the money. He either owes it or he doesn't and Native American tribes are pretty sharp about knowing when they are owed money.
I hope he doesn’t owe the money.

Wonder if he'll coach the prison football team.
