Chevy Question

It was a chore, but I managed to change the battery...in a flurry of expletives, of course.:D

Eventually, I became so flustered that I cut through the rubber insulation on the positive terminal and unscrewed it. Thankfully, I avoided electrocution.

Thanks to everyone for your feedback.

That's the way I thought it was supposed to be done.

Like anything in life. There is the "by the book" way, and the real way.

Either works fine. If you can reach the negative terminal, great, use it.

If not, find a piece of metal. Useful info to have thats all.

I'll say cause I wanted to beat my battery to death when I had to do it. :D

I didn't need a Pro...it was in the shop for a alternator problem and they replaced it then.

Relax.

And yet it was in the shop for an alternator problem...:D

Yeah the alternator went bad and drained the battery and when they replaced the alternator they replaced the battery too.

:p:
