I ate lunch at the The Chop House and it was great. According to my friends they got the tip from Rachel Ray that lunch is cheaper than dinner at most places. I look forward to going back to this place sometime
.
You're gonna love it don't worry. This is a good time of year too. It's not too hot and it is football season their in Chicago. I don't know what it is but those people in Chitown take their Bears seriously. DAAAAAA Bears.jackrussell;2941959 said:Booked a Saturday night reservation here. I've had a half a dozen people recommend this place. I'm sure it's going to kill my wallet.
Close by is the Red Headed Woman Piano Bar....with a cigar section. Some cognac and a good cigar after the Chop House sounds too good to pass up. This place was also a Rat Pack hangout.
We should end our evening at the Navy Pier.
Sunday looks like a little of everything. Giordano's and Geno's East have been getting the most mention...a walk of the magnificent mile, hopefully the Shedd and Sear's Tower...then end our night at the United Center for a show.
I need this weekend.
