Well, Jerry fought his last contract extension and tried to oust him.

Yeah, it seemed most of that retaliation had ended though.

Perhaps they are setting the Cowboys up to be the surprise team of the year!!! Giving them the spotlight to shine (at least in the regular season). Pump em hard & then dump em at the end of the season. Sounds about right.

Schedule is brutal. Dak can beat the Broncos and he can't beat the Cardinals when Murray is playing.

Did you mean Dak can't beat the Broncos? The last game against them was typical of how he plays. Once things started going south, so did he. We were shutout until garbage time.

The NFL is going all out to try to restore Cowboys fans faith in the franchise.
They know that if the Cowboys franchise fails, the rest of the league will, too. The fallout would leave teams in massive debt for all of the stadiums and other projects the NFL has gotten into.
They have taken Cowboys fans for granted for too long and know that many of us long time fans are done.
They deserve whatever happens.
