The guy is football psychotic. The Eagles gotta wish they had a do-over.

I just have to wonder what the articles about this clown are going to be like once it's fully apparent that the ship is sinking.

I've never seen an unproven NFL coach get so much love from the media.

I cringed so hard at the below quote, from the article in the OP:

"But Kelly is most certainly different. His offense has yet to be completely dissected at the NFL level, and this is the first season he's truly gained control over the front office. Now, he has his players to run his scheme."

Its reminds of the past 4 years of BTB articles where everyone was a superstar ready to bloom.

Basically " Ill give you the three reasons 'why', and leave out the 10 reasons 'why not' "

Yep, he is the smartest coach in NFL history. No offense with his QB's should even be worried about. NFL defenses have the talent and athleticism to keep up with his O.

Stick to college and running all over SW Missouri State, Chip.

I can almost picture the process that goes into writing these articles...
On one monitor -- a text editor program being used to write the article, on the other monitor -- a full-screen photo of Chip Kelly in a seductive pose. Every minute or so, the author finds himself staring lovingly at the photo of Chip, getting lost in the sheer brilliance and perfection of this god of a man. He eventually snaps out of it and continues to write, but the image of Chip on his monitor is just too much to ignore. Words just couldn't describe the awesome power emanating from Kelly's genius brain. It was just too much to handle. Eventually, after hours of worshiping, staring, and doing other things which are too lewd to mention here, the article is finally published.

He took a 4-12 team to the playoffs his first year and has finished 10-6 in consecutive seasons. It took Garrett 4 and a half seasons just to have a winning record.

It took Garrett 4 seasons to flip the roster, and he started in a massive hole in that half season. His record was winning after he took over from Wade. Chip has spent the last 2 offseasons destroying a reasonably talented roster that had quit on Reid when Reid quit on them.

He is destroying the offense and getting rid of players yet he still manages to win 10 games.

Like him, hate him, think he is over hyped by the media....he still gets the team to a winning record where I think most would have been having losing records with the same roster.

He wins wherever he goes.

The problem I see is that he turns programs into winning teams but can he get them over the hump...so far the answer would be no.

winning, and winning when it counts is two different things, or else Romo wouldnt be hated as much as he is.

He's never won a trophy though, correct? That might have something to do with running the defence into the ground and them not having the energy to complete the seasons or compete in playoffs

Just in case someone else reads my post and somehow misses the last part.

He's been in the NFL for 2 seasons, and you are using Super Bowl trophies as his measure of success? Really?
