Well looks like another year... You know it has been a long, long off season especially I guess the way we ended last year made it even longer so now we have a little chip on our shoulder so you know we are back at it.

We have been back in Dallas after a good long training camp in San Antonio you know everybody is really focused you know its always a tough, its really tough man, when you see a lot of people that have been through training camp with you know not with you anymore after they cut the roster down so you know in spite of all that you got to come to work and be ready to perform day in and day out and that is the biggest thing we are dealing with right now just making sure we prepare.

Everybody is excited man and we are excited about this week were excited about this season and you know we just got to have a will and a want to get to you know where we want to be in the end... It's gonna be fun... you know it's a lot of excitement man, a lot of the guys are ready to go and I think that's what the main thing we are preparing for.

I'm just real excited about the year man. I don't know exactly what's going to go on but I know I'm gonna have a role somehow and get some carries on offense and you know help out on special teams and do what ever I can to help our team win. Until that changes and the coaches ask for something different that's what I will be doing but I am ready, I'm ready to go you know it's been a long, long, long off season.

I'm ready for year 2 and to prove it all over again because the NFL is nothing but a big proven league you got to prove yourself day in and day out of what you can do and who you are as a football player so man, I'm excited man...

I got a lot of things going on... I'm gonna be at the House of Blues on Mondays you know hosting Inside the Huddle so if you get a chance come out there and see me at the House of Blues when we film Inside the Huddle.

I also got my own website TChoice23.com where you can see all my little YouTube videos I'm gonna be posting up so you can get a feel for me and what I bring to the locker room. I guess it will give everybody a good laugh but man it's gonna be fun this year.

I will keep everybody posted and if you guys have any questions let me know and I will get to answering them and tell you about how we feel.

This week is gonna be a big week and I am looking forward to getting this thing started off on the right foot

Marty hadn't posted anything in a really long time.

Reading his twitter page, Martellus also said he'd be posting his blog on his own site so I guess his agreement with DMN was no longer. Soon after, I saw the post about Choice posting.

That would definitely suck.

Tashard Choice has proven worthy of carries and deserves a series in each half.

There will be some weeks where circumstances don't allow that, just as there should be some that allow for extended work.

That #3 sure helped big down the stretch last year against defenses that would have made most RBs cringe. He has proven his worth and will have some role in the offense. Book it sir.

I can't remember a young player that I've liked so much. I'm just glad he's on our team. A tremendous kid with a great attitude, who produces whenever he's asked to. He's a guy I'm going to root for til the end of his career. Just love him.

I started a thread over at the Ranch during the fourth round of the '08 draft titled "Choice is the choice."

And then we traded down and my stomach spent the next half hour or so eating itself before we finally plucked Tashard Choice.

The rookie then immediately threw himself into special teams because it was what the team needed from its third string running back.

A lot of featured college backs would've balked at doing special teams grunt work thinking it was beneath them.

Choice is all about team.

Sure, he wants touches, all offensive players do, but he will do whatever the team needs him to do.
