Choose: 3-13 and fire Garrett & new QB or championship game at 13-3?

I want something to cheer about. If the Cowboys go on a losing skid, which I don't wish they do, I'll just stop watching.

On the other hand, I don't like Garrett as coach. I feel he's the main reason why were not succeeding.
