Continue with the definition of insanity and keep repeating what we're doing over and over again expecting different results, enduring TO's antics and childish behavour because we've convinced ourselves we just can't win without him (even though we certainly haven't won anything with him)

Or get rid of TO, and win by getting rid of the primadonnas and become a better overall, cohesive team like when the Giants took the next level when Tiki Barber and Jeremy Shockey were no longer disrupting their clubhouse.

So TO is the last primadonna on this team? I guess Romo, RW11, Bradie, Greg Ellis, Crayton, and Hamlin have been held back TO. I have no questions about TO's heart but I do have questions about the people's heart that I listed. Getting rid of TO does not address the squad full of Tin Men that are still there.
