Don't blame the wait on Florio. Do the same as Florio and blame the authorities for not obtaining the video themselves. Or blame the owners of the security cameras for not keeping the video on file indefinitely. Or just blame Rick. Just wait. Canty hasn't been healthy in years.. He's been stealing since his last year or so in New York. Also, I think I read somewhere he was thinking about retirement.
