we have the cap, ..if fact i read where we still have near 28 million even after we tagged Dak and re-signed Cooper to a whopping 100 million.
and we can always move and restructure to sign and re-sign players- so all those considered , i'm not trying to hear we dont have cap.

its just stephen & co deciding if this or that 30+ age player is warranted of the premium set price that they are designating
team may have already tried to lure harris to one of their lwo ball offers and he took his biz elsewhere, or maybe team is not as interested in Harris
as some media outlets have let on.
