Chris Mortenson says in his opinion no coaching changes

I wonder how much money is tied up in these coaches? Garrett has one year left..... Kiffen, how long was his contract for... Jerry, if he didn't have all ths constant revenue bcause of the Cowboys name, would be like one of those guys that won 100 million in the lottery, only it blow it in like 2 years. His oil fortune would be done.

Doesn't matter who the coaches are if we can't improve the amount of talent we put on the field, especially on defense.

Don't get me wrong, some of these lesser name guys made good showings this year. But when you've got rotational guys starting, and practice squad guys getting rotated in, and guys that shouldn't have even made the team seeing snaps, you've got a problem. I can't believe we were this hamstrung by injuries for a 2nd consecutive year.

I don't get it, I really don't. Is this moron really this blind? Does he not see other teams bring in new coaches and turn it around instantly?

We are in salary cap hell but we have maybe two more years with Romo and the time is now. NOW!!!

I'm sorry there is no possible way the defensive staff can be retained after breaking almost every record in the books. Historically bad...

I'm assuming this is just a game of chicken between Kiffen and Jerry. Kiffen wants to get fired so he can still get paid, and Jerry wants him to retire so he won't have to pay him the remainder of his contract.

That would be the worst case scenario. Go in to next year with the exact same group

He didn't say that with certainty, just more or less his opinion.

With guys like Lovie Smith and Leslie Frazier out there, Jerry HAS to make a change on D.

Glazer recently tweeted "as for Kiffin, he could retire" ... about 8 hours after Kiffin himself said, "I don’t plan on retiring."

"@JayGlazer: As for Kiffin, he could retire. One way or another I don't see him coming back"

Finishing the tweet for you

We def need a true FS, more depth at LB and possibly 2 DL men
