Chris Olave WR Ohio State

Due to wr salaries, I have no problem drafting one at #24 if it’s one of the top guys who are there unexpectedly. Personally, I think one of the big guys, London or Burks, would be my preference as they bring something our other receivers don’t with great catch radius and red zone production.

I think we can get much better guards in rounds 2-3-4 than we can receivers.

Great point on salaries. But I think this team needs speed. Lamb and Gallup play vertically. We don’t have a true burner. Olave or Williams would make this offence more dynamic.

a QB who couldn’t get the ball to one of the best route runners in the NFL in Cooper will only waste Olave

will be a wasted pick

There's a couple scenarios where I'd trade up a bit. Mostly, I stay put or trade down though.

All depends.

I think if Olave is there and a few others are off the board, you take him, because he's just as ready to go as any WR will be.. and he might be that much better.

On the other hand, take Kenyon Green. Really good player.

Or trade down.. and stack up on OL, DT, EDGE... lots of ways to do this.

I personally like the idea of bringing back Hitchens.. I think the Cowboys haven't signed any FAs. But I think they know what their chances are at signing other players they like who aren't in this draft.

As disappointed as some are, and I'm a little disappointed we're not looking more at our future at QB, I think we'll ultimately be overall pleasantly surprised this offseason.

I'm at least looking forward to the new look.

I fear our biggest loss will be La'el Collins.

We've been spoiled at RT for a long time when Doug Free panned out to be one of the best in the game after being picked round 4. Then La'el fell in our laps...

Now, the search is on. I hope we haven't forgotten how important that spot is.

Cooper got the ball plenty. So we should let go of Dak and draft or trade for who exactly. We’re lucky to have a solid QB. Every team can’t have Allen or Mahomes.
