Chris Simms is a tool. He offers zero insight.
He might be like Iggles fans... They hope Dak is in Dallas for another 20 years because it guarantees another 20 years of playoff failure.

Fair rankings. The ‘good but not great’ quarterbacks. Dak, Goff, Hurts, et al…

Nope. Stafford has won a SB, and Jackson has made it to a conference title game.

Herbert is only in his 5th season.

If Dak was top 10 we would have made it to at least one conference title game. Had chances with a 13-3 one seed, and a 12-5 two seed. A top 10 QB would have made it at least one of those times.

So let me get this straight. Just because a quarterback is part of a Superbowl winning TEAM, that automatically makes him better than a quarterback who hasn't been part of a TEAM who hasn't? Ok cool....

So according to your logic, Nick Foles, Brad Johnson, and Trent Dilpher are all much better quarterbacks than Dan Marino and Jim Kelly, correct???

Foles, Johnson and Dilpher are Superbowl winners and Marino and Kelly are not.

You're also saying Eli Manning is a much better quarterback than Aaron Rodgers because Eli has 2 rings, Rodgers only has 1. Aikman was clearly a better quarterback than Peyton Manning according to the ring count in your eyes....

You're also saying that Foles and Dilpher are just as good as Rodgers and on Rodgers level because they ALL have 1 ring apiece. This is your logic of quarterback success levels, so everything I stated is spot on according to your guidelines?

That's why he's top 10 and not top 3-5.

MVP runner-up last regular season.
2nd Team All-Pro.
He got one vote, 49 to 1. You really shouldn't use that to make your case because it's a ridiculous argument.

Some TV mouthpiece puts Dak Prescott in the top
25% of NFL QBs. Behind SB Champion, Conference Champion and multi MVP award winning QBs.
What happens?
The Dak Lovers Society drop to their knees and scream until their lungs bleed. You people...good grief...lol/smh.

And on the flip side.... there's other former and current NFL players, coaches and GMs who've all placed Dak in the top 10 of NFL quarterbacks according to real life, on field production.....

Then you'll have some low IQ Dak hating, mouth breathing coward who'll say "Dak is a bum, Dak sucks, Dak is horrible" etc, etc, etc.....

So are we to believe that a couple weak Dak hatin cowards know more about NFL quarterbacking than former and current NFL players (including quarterbacks) coaches and GMs?

Please explain to us how some Dak hater who never played higher level football than pop warner can POSSIBLY know more about football than all the highly paid professionals that I've previously listed. Make that make sense.....

I'll wait....

More opinions that don't mean a damn thing. There's no way I put Dak ahead of Goff, Jackson, Hurts, or Stafford. It just isn't happening.

I don't put him ahead of Jackson. Hurts had one good season, but he's pretty good so I'd give him an edge over Dak.

Goff is up for debate. But Stafford??? Dak is a better quarterback than Stafford and their overall careers proves that. People will say, "well Stafford won a Superbowl". Yeah the year the Rams won that Superbowl, Stafford led the NFL in interceptions.

There are 15 other quarterbacks that would have won a Superbowl with THAT Rams team. So yeah.... Stafford got carried to a ring.

With that said Stafford is a good quarterback, but he's 11-72 vs winning teams. Let that sink in for a minute.....

Not sure what the favorite "Go to" is for the keyboard warriors. Claiming others "never played" football or
calling others haters for thinking 8-10 is about right in ranking Dak among all QBs.

I'm literally stating I agree with the ranking and you're in here playing internet tough guy...lol

I'll simplify it for you. The OP and others are upset that some TV guy has ranked their favorite QB as ONLY 8th
among 32 starting QBs. I say 8-10 is an accurate ranking.

You may go now.

He was literally the MVP runner-up whether you like it or not.

If a team gets blown out in the Super Bowl, were they not still the Conference Champions?

The guys right getting 1 vote might mean he came in 2nd but does that really mean anything how do we know that 1 voter just is a huge cowboys fan?

Apparently, 8th overall, out of 32 isn't good enough for
the DLS. If I'm agreeing that Dak is in the top 25% of QBs
in the NFL, I'm considered a "hater" with an "agenda" and
"biases" (yes, I was once accused of multiple biases against Dak, by the OP actually). You people are crazy!

Nah.... I'll leave the "keyboard warrior and playing internet tough guy" to you. You probably play that roll really well. I personally don't "act or play" anything. I go out and actually do.....

But whatever makes ya happy lil guy.

My point was, there's an opposite to what was originally said and I stated it.

Now YOU may go now....

Chris Simms sucked as a player and he’s never been a talent scout. He’s just a talking head who is the son of a SB winning QB on a Parcells and BB coached team the strength of which was defense in the 80s. Does where he ranks Dak really mean anything?

Nope, it doesn't. Good or bad.
