I’d add he same for offense. That’s what our staff just doesn’t do. And it isn’t helpful.


He goes on to say our offense lacks a focus or identity. Hard to argue that.

Excellent Analysis!!! I agree with 95% of what Simms said. Dallas coaches do not give the players a schematic advantage, especially on defense.

His #1 fix was to get rid of Garrett! He also stated this was hard to say because he likes Garrett.

The only “simple fix” is to blow it all up. Simple as that. It’s like when your car is totaled. It’s cheaper, easier, and better overall to say bye bye and not even think to attempt to fix your old car, and hello to a new one. That’s the only solution. Rid half the roster. Blow the entire coaching staff. Rid of the rest of the roster after next season to make an easier transition.

We never have any advantage because we think we can just lineup and out execute everyone
We need a coach who looks for a weakness and exploits it. Who hides your weaknesses with scheme
What we need is smart football coaches
Not just smart people

Yeah,they’re on friendly terms. I watched this other day,he’s great for Dallas talk,breaking down stuff in short. When you here him talk about how simple our defense is,and to game plan for....I just ask why the FO doesn’t find that concerning? Why Garrett hasn’t?
