Moved up my board. He is going to be an excellent receiver out of the backfield. It will be interesting if he is on the board when Dallas picks.

Zeke is a 3 down back and we already have Beasley in the slot...someone will get the most out of his talent, just not the cowboys. Not comparing the talent, but we kept Dunbar on the roster the entire year and pretty much didn't use him at all.

McCaffrey will be a nightmare for defenses. They will not be able to cover him. Too much quickness and speed plus the hands too.

I'd pick him and then release Morris and Whitehead.

Ah yes, the great white hope.

He'll bust as a starter, then get released, then go to the patriots who will use him as a receiver out of the backfield in spot duty and have a decent career... If he doesn't get injured starting for whatever team tries that.

BS, there is no way that teams can cover him out of the backfield and he has excellent hands.

you think so? I think he'll end up having a better career than every rb in this draft not named fournette.

If a team uses him like Reid used Westbrook, sure. I just don't think he will make it as a runner between the tackles. I see him having a career similar to Ryan Mathews

In Dallas, I'd let him return kicks/punts and move him to WR. He would cause big problems with matchups. He changes field position in a blink both in returns and catching the ball.

But not for a first round pick I wouldn't.

No, they can not cover him out of the backfield. He is too quick, his change of direction is so quick he can't be covered by the defense.

Nice player. Not even close to a fit here.
They sure are talking a lot about him at Dallascowboys.com. I think because he is a fit on the board and where the Cowboys are picking. He could be BPA.

And he won't ever see the field. Zeke isn't coming off the field 1st and 2nd down because he's a better runner. Beasley is one of the best slot players in the NFL so he isn't coming off the field either. He's a 3rd down RB at best here and the Cowboys don't use the RB in the passing game much anyways. Zeke is damn good himself in the receiving game as is.

He needs to go to a team who can get creative and get him the ball where he wins. A pass first offense most likely. That's not this offense. Not to mention the Cowboys have much bigger holes to fill with the 28th pick than a 3rd down RB. I simply don't see where he ever gets the snaps needed here to be worth the pick. He's a nice player, but I just don't see the fit.

I think Morris is a cut. I don't think anyone will trade a bag of chips for him let alone a draft pick. If we fleece someone for him then we can high five and do a victory lap. I just don't see it happening.
