love the dark over tones on the album....this would be a different christmas album.
i love everything about this song.
dark,dramatic intro.
triumphant.
hopeful....despite christmas sometimes not being very merry.
which is the musical theme or tone that runs thru the album.

one of my favorite elvis christmas songs.
written by his long time friend and body guard red west.
its the other side of the christmas season.
since my dad died...this song took on a whole new meaning.
be keenly aware of those around you...christmas isn't always merry....and they could use the reminder that it can be.
