just realized something about that newman PI, it saved the game for the D and gave the O another shot. Lesson here is just tackle the guy as soon as he is by you and mitigate the PI yardage and hope that you can stop them next down. It just might be a decent strategy.

Yeah...by far preferred Larry Warford or Eddie Lacy with that Escobar pick. I was totally shock when it didn't happen.
But Gavin is a Cowboy now, so I hope he becomes great. I am certain those two we passed on will be eventual Pro Bowlers.

I'd like for Escobar to contribute more now but he's not going to do a great deal until Witten slows down. And you have to give these guys 3-4 years before beginning to put a grade on them.
