You can find someone else to block and be a gunner.

When evaluating WRs, keep the WR that keeps making plays at WR.

Am I insane? Or is this only applicable to WRs?

I never hear people say “keep the worse guy at swing tackle because the worse guy at swing tackle plays special teams”.

I only see people evaluating them as the position they play. Same with literally every other position.
Mingo fits on this team.

Cutting Brown makes no sense at all. He will not make it through waivers. So Brown has an excellent camp and preseason. You hit! Why risk losing him? Cause of Mingo?
If you cut brown, wth is even the point of having a training camp? If a 2nd rd pick had his preseason, he'd be getting drafted in the 4th rd of every fantasy draft in the country. Every coach would ve secretly be giving high five to the coaches saying we hit that pick out of the park.

All we've seen are the highlights, the coaches see the entire product. Every year we have at least one receiver with a highlight reel for the fans.
Please name the last 5 wrs that have had the same or better preseason brown has had that the dumb fans were clamoring for?

Here’s a thought the Giants are said to be possibly cutting Darius Slayton and $ to the cap hit and what if they grab Camden Brown off waivers to play opening night . Could happen if Dallas cuts him .

Secondly to my eyes Howell has zero mobility on a rush is either buried or throwing it up for grabs . I’ll take Milton . That last drive against Saints was horrible plenty of time to at least get in Aubrey range against Saints most of whom won’t make it .

Rumor is he stuggled in camp and was going to get cut per NFL Network
Liked this kid out of Georgia a lot.....ALWAYS thought the Steelers were making a mistake moving him from right tackle to left tackle. And the results show for themselves. Concerned about the neck injury...that he may have come back to early.....there was huge pressure in Pittsburgh to get him back on the field.

Like the trade.....Will be interesting to see how the other tackles work out now....Will be interesting to see how they view Jones....Is he the new swing tackle???? Or does he push Steele to the bench? Does this mean we are gonna carry 4 tackles????

LT-Guyton/Shelton
RT-Steele/Jones

He'd be inactive all season. No plays available for him.

Can't waste a roster spot on that.

If somebody gets hurt, he'll be called up.
That's true of at least 5 players since only 48 can be active on gameday.

Insurance for any of the top three receivers that go down. I’d bet at least one of them misses some games because of an injury this year. Who’s sliding into the 3rd receiver spot? Turpin?
You'll have Brown for that. Just from the practice squad.

Jones is coming in as OT depth

Look for Adoree tomorrow as CB depth

Likely pick up another LB on waivers

This is exactly what will happen. But hey, we don't have the room.
It's annoying that the league hasn't expand the rosters but have extended the regular season.

You only get to dress 48 players on gameday. Brown will be inactive because he doesn't do anything useful.

Mingo is good on teams.

And Brown almost certainly will make it through waivers.

No receiver that slow would get drafted in the second round. He played really well...against backups to backups.

He'll be here most likely on the PS.

I really don’t think he gets past waivers.
We sat that every year, and ask our guys her though waivers.

Every team has a receiver they wish they didn't have to cut. Brown is slow and runs poor routes. He's a developmental guy.

He'll be here most likely.
