So why is he having so much success? Is their squad that much better than ours? I'm listening...

Quinn was halfway out the door in that playoff game. I was mad at him too. I bet he was glad to get out of Dallas though.
Exactly........100%
I will always believe he wasn't returning to the Cowboys even if the Commander's job didn't come through. During the hiring cycle last season, MM never committed to Q coming back. His answers to any questions were he was going through the process. We will see what happens after that. We later learn from Jerry that he helped Quinn get the Commander's HC job. This tells me Jerry there's a good chance Jerry had also agreed to let Q out of the final year of his contract to pursue other DC jobs if the Commanders's job fell through.

We are seeing that the complete unprepared, unmotivated, no shows in the playoffs, were ALL McCarthy. DQ's team is more than ready to go to another level for the playoffs that Dallas hasn't had in 30 years.
Yeah I’m going to go out on a limb and say the players on the field might factor into the equation…I’ve heard winning in the playoffs is easier when you don’t have terrible DT’s and S’s attempting to play LB.

It's not just that Quinn has Daniels.

You have to credit him for building this team, in one year, from the way to the play to the players themselves. He also hired the right coaches, too. He did the exact same at Atlanta.

He's just a really good football coach.

After hearing about the Quinn/McCarthy feud....And McCarthy's insecurities about his job....I wouldn't be shocked if Quinn sabotaged that Green Bay gameplan just to stick it to McCarthy. We did things in that game we hadn't done all season.

A year later....Quinn looks like a genius....And McCarthy looks like the fraud we all knew he was.

Um, look at the way our defense played against GB and tell me why we shouldn't have been mad. The Packers ran all over us all day and Quinn's defense could not stop them. Then they let GB WRs running open by 15 yards down field at least 4 or 5 times for big plays. It was embarrassing. How did that happen to such a great defensive coach? I don't blame Quinn completely because the responsibility is with the guy who puts the players on the roster. But I don't think moving on from Quinn was such a bad idea.

I give Quinn credit for his victory over a Lions team that clearly was not ready to play yesterday. But that same Washington team lost to Dallas and almost lost again despite all of the Cowboys injuries.

Don't take too much away from 1 game. The rookie QB has been impressive and so has his offense, but let's not sit here and pretend Quinn was some hidden gem when he coached for Dallas.
