Clarify this for me, please.

I never liked the location in Arlington and always thought it should have been in Dallas.

With that said, it is in Arlington and they will just have to do some things like widening the streets (they are already widening i-30) and as Theebs said, the surrounding area is not that pretty.

The crown jewel of downtown Dallas is the bus station, and Laura Miller didn't want to draw attention away from it by building a stadium nearby.
