Miles Sanders is a free agent and we know the perils of paying a RB. Philly has an extra first round pick courtesy of the Saints.

Harbor was drafted by the Eagles in 2010, for what that's worth, but Robinson in that offense could be problematic.

I think the Eagles are going to sucker a team into trading two ones for the 10th pick again. Howie is the best in the business at that.

The Eagles don't draft RB's in the 1st, they also don't draft LB's that early. It's one of their player personnell staples. They are heavy analytics in both team building and playcalling. The Cowboys are only mildy curious about analytics. Jerry and Stephen are whimsical in team building and do whatever they want in the moment. Mike McCarthy only seems to "use" analtyics when he wants to justify a questionable game-time decision.

Last RB in the 1st? Keith Byars in 1986. Last LB? Jerrt Robinson in 1979.

They probably take a back at 30 if they don't take one at 10.

If a QB-needy team sees one of the top three fall to 10 I'd definitely see that. They could move back and still probably take Robinson, if they want him.

They could take him or Gibbs at 30.

They always draft for the trenches

Gainwell started to come on late in the season. I don’t buy it

Think it’s more likely they try to move up for Carter to replace Cox!
Please. Dont say that. Carter is going to be a GREAT player. I really hope they dont get him. Honestly. If I am Chicago. I am taking him first overall lol

DE out of bama will go 1st pick… opinion. If he makes it to 5 I wouldn’t be surprised if they package a several picks to move up! He’s just the type player their defensive system has been built around for years…. Long before Cox even!

Jerome Brown was the mass of humanity I was trying to think of!!!

I doubt it. They need youth at CB. I could also see a DT with Hargrave a FA and Cox getting up there

I doubt the Eagles trade up for either Carter or Anderson.

Carter is arguably the best DT prospect in 10 years. Anderson put up the most ridiculous college DE production I can remember and did it vs SEC competition. Those guys are elite, elite prospects. And the rest of the top 15 this year kind of sucks.

Me personally, there is no reasonable trade that I would accept for them. Giving up Will Anderson and say getting Tyree Wilson and an extra first, is kind of like giving up Nick Bosa in 2019 and drafting Jaguars Josh Allen. He's a good player, but he's nowhere near Bosa.

I don't see a big market for trading into the top 10 this year, so Philly will probably stand put and grab a guy like Christian Gonzalez.
