Firstly firing Nolan won't fix most our issues, it would help but JJ would never do that. What seems as the most obvious solution for all of us, like signing Earl Thomas, or firing Nolan, is exactly what Jones won't do because that's just how they are.

So the most logical thing to do is to trade Zeke, Dak, Cooper, Lawrence, Martin, Smith and Smith. That should clear up the cap and we would be LOADED with cap space, and most importantly the most draft picks every by the franchise.

Then we can keep Diggs, Gallup, Pollard, Lamb, Collins and let them play with Dalton. We would probably win 5 games, but we would be building for the mid 2020s to be a HUGE contender.
SOMEONE CALL AN ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON! DOCTOR COOPER, WE NEED YOU!

The knee injury this poster suffered has to be gruesome with how violently his knee jerked ...

Ah yes, let's play quarterback roulette for the next decade and hope we just stumble upon another one. It's worked so well for:

Cleveland, Jacksonville, Denver, Buffalo, NYJ, Chicago, and whoever else in the last 20 years.

What about the same idea but keeping dak and shipping the rest of them?

This years draft had 3 QB's. Burrow & Herbert are really good and once Tua plays we will find out more.
Do not pay Dak what he wants because this organization needs to go through the process. Get ready to be bad for 2 years. Trade Gallup as you cannot pay him. Zeke, Cooper, TE and Lamb are keepers, let Dak walk. It's really over. The way this team is built the absolute best case scenario is a wild card berth. Add another year since we won a 2nd round playoff game.
It's over

It won't matter if we clean house. It starts and ends at the top. With the Jones still making decisions we go full circle again.

They need to hire a proper GM to run and build this team. Shut up look pretty and collect your millions every season.

No, because putting your QB in a position to fail is never a good strategy. You'll never recover from that.

Houston and NYJ, for example, are going o be terrible for the next 5 years at least.

I think we’re going to have to take a real look at rebuilding after this year. This team is gonna have to make a decision. Sign dak and go for it... or don’t sign him and rebuild. Maybe franchise him and make one more run at things as well.

If we fail to win the division with how bad it is this year idk how you can justify not rebuilding.

that’s this teams problem... always 8-8. Never commiting to a proper rebuild.

A rebuild would do absolutely nothing, the same idiots would be the ones making the decisions on the rebuild.
