If they use their #1 pick and don't trade out of it and take anything other than a QB then they have missed the boat. No way Barkley is worth the #1 overall pick.
I think they will take Mayfield #1 overall and then look at options. Barkley may we'll be there at #4 if they want him.
If I was Cleveland I would be looking to drop back 3 or 4 spots on that 4th overall pick and parlay it into a couple of additional players. They can get as good of a player at 7 or 8 as they can at 4 and some team will pay a ton of draft capital if they want a QB still available at 4.
I think the Giants would be IDiOTIC to take a RB at 2. They either take a QB or move back a few spots. That's what I would do if I were them. They could probably drop to 10 and still get one of Nelson, McGlinchey or O. Brown. Vea would probably also be on the board. They need OL help in a bad way if they are going to keep ELI around.
