As you know for the most part I have no use for Jerry or some of the things he says and does, doubt that ever changes, but I do find it fascinating that this clip is cropped to the point we only hear what he says and we dont hear what happens prior, and the clip itself is so short. Add the timing of its sudden appearance and I have a hard time jumping to a conclusion.

Some would say it is great that everyone knows everyone's commentary these days.

My big issue is the fact that it just makes things so easy to judge, and immediate.

Just in one Tweet. Or Facebook post. You can decide how you feel.

I have seen Jones hang all over females, press them to his crotch etc.

Honestly this is tame Jerry. This is old man Jerry. Not Power Jerry.

But it is outrageous, I guess.

Sure it does. The "fake media" calls and people looking for alternate news outlets didn't just generate in a vacuum.

Perhaps you should look into journalists like Christopher Hedges and Abby Martin.

I am fully aware of the "fake news" craze.

The thing is, the "alternate news outlets" are just as fake and slanted.

What the current environment requires is a smart person to do their own fact checking.

But that is just too much work.

So all of the news is just as "fake and slanted"? So then why wouldn't people be distrusting of it?

My point was that these type of timed media drops and sensationalism make people distrust the media. I don't even know what the point of your comment was.

What was a "stupid joke" 20 years ago is a "trigger" worthy offense now.

You may not agree with freedom of speech , but ppl have a right to say and think what they want whether you like it or not. Whatever Jerry says is fine with me , as long as he is not treating someone illegally based upon religion, sex, ethnicity. I may not agree with racism, social statusism, intellectualism, materialism, etc, but ppl have a right to say what they want as long as it's not unconstitutional. A person has a right to their own opinions even if a person don't like them. I don't like bad breath, underarm odors, but ppl have a right not to brush their teeth or take a bath. The media is the biggest devil in the this whole scenario. If the media cared about other ppl. races, etc. You'd let this matter die and not bring it up to create division between races, political stances and such. No one creates anger , hate , divisions and war like the media. If the media has conspired with the NFL to do this, so much the worse. I've seen enough of Jerry to know that he's not racist, imo. Liberal media doesn't even know what racism is anymore. Just because someone offends you , gives you no legal right to take their jobs, business', etc, because you don't like it.
