He's fine running slants and skinny posts, but hitches, arrows, stuff that requires a quick and clean cut, not so much. It has to do with the length of his stride I think.
so then have him run those and crossing/drag routes all day long. he's got enough physical talent that he can beat corners and make plays without being all that deceptive.

Garrett needs to give him some easier stuff and just let him make plays, instead of making him cater to the offense that Garret wants to run.
 
I don't know how many noticed it, but on a couple of plays when we were in 2 wide, Roy was on the bench and Crayton and Austin were in.
