Coach Mike McCarthy gives high praise to UDFA rookie QB

1st in tds, 3rd in yards, 1st in completion percentage. Pretty much at the top in everthing and in wins too. It's amazing how good he is when you look around the league and you hear what the cry babies say in here.
Dak Prescott: NFL playoffs 2 wins, 5 losses is all the stats I need to see!

Sign him and make him the starter!
He can't be worse than what the Cowboys have had for the past 8 years!
That is a ridiculous statement. There are lots of teams that would love to have him as their QB. Seriously, would you rather have Danny Dimes? Whatever the hell Atlanta was doing at QB last year? The Russel Wilson dumpster fire in Denver? The Jets?

Do I think that Dak is ALL-WORLD? No.
Is he good? Yes.
Is he good enough to win a championship? Not by strapping the team to his back, no.

Many head coaches say how bad free agents invited to camp are this time of year. Nice to see McCarthy being up front and honest.

For those that think he wont be here day 1, I say think again. Not saying hes anything special, but MM always likes to try to develop himself a young QB. He's this years Ben Denucci even though he went undrafted. The kid is much better than he was. He has some intangibles. I think we keep 3 QB's. Dak, Lance and Hohensee. Camp will give him a chance to shine and get the coaching he needs. This might be the year that we cut Rush.

Depends on how you're pronouncing it. Sie and See are pronounced almost the same, w/ See being a bit more prolonged.

"Sie" And "See" are not pronounced the same. And there is no way you can pronounce it else.

Maybe if you pronounce "See" like it was an english word. But thatwould be wrong.

I am a nativ german btw.

"Commanding the huddle" is one of those Dak Prescott type of compliments.

Add it to the pile with "shows heart", "good leader", and "gym rat".

It's the type of compliment you give guys that have no physical talent to write home about.
And any praise that comes from the fan-proclaimed QB "guru" McCarthy means about as much as any praise from Cap Boy.

I think it will be the opposite. Lance gets traded before cut downs while Rush (experienced and cheaper to keep) and Hohensee make the team as backups #2 and #3 QBs.
