He is a fine person, just not the right choice to be Cowboy's Head coach.
He did initialy improve the defense.

Thank you for being a classy and respectable coach of the Dallas Cowboys. I have a great deal of respect for you, and for how you conducted yourself with honor as the coach.

You helped to make the past few years more enjoyable, as the team was usually competitive under your leadership. While I am disappointed the team was not more successful during your tenure, you still have much to be proud of.

Seems like a wondeful man. I bet he's a blast to just sit down and talk to about football or anything else.

I really hate that this happened. But he won a lot of games, and he's still going to get a check, and this was needed - for everyone involved.
