Not me. I’m willing to give the staff the time needed to change the soft, loser culture that has surrounded the team. The roster needs significant turnover to change the culture. Somehow, someone needs to change the culture from “it’s all about me so I can get paid” to “it’s all about the team so we can win championships”.
