Give me Norv. The Cowboys are going to sink or swim with Tony Romo. Turner and Garrett both will make him better and take him to the next level. The defense got better just from Zimmer leaving.

If Garrett was brought in to run the O...we need a coach that is defensive minded and can run the 3-4...I think. Unless of course Jerry plans on bringing in a big name for the DC..like Ryan or Rivera...which would be great too.

I want Turner as our HC as long as we bring in Phillips to run our D as coordinator. As long as Ireland stays I feel we'll be O.K. in the draft. I also feel Turner could help Garret become a better coordinator at offense.

Rather have Phillips since we have a "OC" now with Jason G. and Phillips is a 3-4 guy. Why would we want to Offensive guys and no "D" guy?
