I voted for Phillips, but I go back and forth between the two.

I may be in the minority, but I like what I have seen, read, and heard about Sparano and Bowles. I'm on board with Garrett having a hand in this too.

Phillips intrigues me becuase I think he could help make this defense a very good, improved unit. Meanwhile, Jason Garrett would be heavily involved in making the offense work.

Turner might be a better choice to get the most out of this offense, but what about the defense? Bowles might be promoted, but would he be the lone mind on that side of the ball?

I find myself wanting Sparano and Bowles to come back, and if so, then it seems to me that Garrett and Sparano might be able to do some things with the offensive weapons here. Maybe a defensive coach is what is really needed? Besides, Norv doesn't exactly inspire a ton of confidence from me. In the end, I'm glad I'm not making the decision.

Whatever happens, I'm sure that every single fan will find something to complain about though.
