This is purely my opinion...

Wade is gone.

Jason takes over as HC.

I would like to see Norv come aboard as the OC.

We saw a glimpse of what this defense could do and I just hope we hire someone aggressive that likes man to man. I wouldn't mind seeing Campo take over.

bwahahahaahahhs

They have been playing man since Wade took over.

This defense let two big runs go, which has nothing to do with the man coverage. This was a tired defense because of Garrett...

Just say NO to Norm.

Jason as HC? What the hell has he shown that earns him that? I do not get the fascination with Jason Garrett. Did he hold that mean a clipboard? Sure seems like our offense has been figured out, let's promote him because he's proven himself a leader of men?

No thanks. But it won't matter, he's just the latest sock on Jerreh's twisted claw in the Dallas Cowboys Puppet Show.

Jesus...

Jason Garret at HC??? This team would regress.. I could see Norv at OC.. But JG at HC??? What a joke. Wade just needs to stay his *** as a DC not a HC

I keep Wade, which keeps the D (which is great barring the collapse)

hire Norv, and have him and Garrett split calling duties

Garrett is making 3 mil, no way he's going to say no

and we're probably better off is he decides to be a dick and leave anyways

Honestly I would rather us hire Bill Cohwer or keep Wade, and give Garrett more time to be an OC. This year wasn't really fair for him as an OC with Romo hurt then his best 2 backs get hurt, and we have WR issues when we bring a guy in mid season that didn't ever seem to fit in the offense. If Garrett can't be successful as an OC how can you hire him as a HC right now? And if Dallas hires a Norv Turner he's not going to have split OC duties.

Wade being demoted will never happen.

You can't demote Wade to DC - just isn't done. If you're gonna castrate him, you can't ask him to hang around carrying his clipboard in one hand, and a jar with his nuts in the other. No, Wade has to go - and more directly, because we need a HC to come in and choose HIS DC. Maybe we can ditch the 3-4 once and for bloody all...

When Jerry paid JG there was prolly a verbal agreement that he is next in line to keep him from taking the other job.

I for one want some young blood I am tired of the old farts and passive football. At least JG has some balls and takes chances.

He got us with in two point twice only for our defense to choke AGAIN.

Every since we switched to the 3-4 we've been so damned inconsistent on D.

I wouldn't be surprised if Jerry fires Wade and turns it over to Garrett, but that would be a step in the wrong direction. Garrett has done absolutely nothing to warrant keeping his job as an offensive coordinator, let alone earning a promotion.

And when we had the 4-3 we never had any pass rush. Give me the 3-4 any day.

My problem with the 3-4 was we didn't have the personnel to do it when Parcells force fed it to us. Well, we actually are better geared for it now, but I just have never been a fan of the 3-4.

LOL, his deep routes and otherwise ridiculous play calling was a huge part in our demise against Baltimore.

He showed huge balls today.:lmao2::lmao2::lmao2::lmao2::lmao2:

HUH? Harvey Martin? Ed Jones?

Too long ago? Charles Haley? Jim Jeffcoat?

The problems in the 0's was talent - and Gollum drafting absolute dregs like Shante Friggin Carver...

Either way, one thing is clear, JG needs someone with experience to help him out with the offense.

You actually have a great point. Because in my eyes, Cowher would have his puppet strings attached to Garrett to make sure he comes back down to earth if he just continues to call stupidity.
